A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due the day before the event. You also have the option to pay in full at the time of booking. All major credit cards are accepted through our booking site.

Our team arrives before your scheduled start time to set up and make sure everything is ready to go. Setup time is included — you won’t need to factor in any extra time or cost.

Typically, we assign one photographer or videographer per booking. If your event has a large guest list or multiple simultaneous activities, a second photographer can be added. Details are on our pricing page.

For most events with up to 150 guests, one photographer covers everything well. For larger events, events with multiple rooms or simultaneous activities, or ceremonies where you want every angle captured, a second photographer is a great addition.

We typically dress in clean, professional, and neutral clothing to blend in with your event. If your event has a specific dress code or color theme, just let us know in advance and we’re happy to accommodate.

Yes. Our team is experienced with low-light and nighttime photography. We use professional lighting equipment and techniques to deliver high-quality results regardless of the lighting conditions at your venue.

Yes — coverage can be split across locations as long as it fits within your booked time frame. Just keep in mind that travel time between locations may affect how much shooting time is available.

We don’t operate out of a fixed studio location. Clients choose their preferred setting — a park, outdoor spot, their own space, or a rented venue — and we meet them there.

For outdoor shoots, we always recommend having a backup plan. We’ll work with you to reschedule or adjust the shoot based on weather conditions. Your deposit carries over to the new date, subject to availability.

Yes, we’re happy to provide insurance certificates. We process them once a booking is confirmed.

For events, standard delivery is within 14 days. For photoshoots (portraits, headshots, graduation), soft proofs are typically delivered within 24–72 hours, with final edits ready 2–3 weeks after you make your selections. Edited photos are delivered via an online gallery link sent to your email. Videos are typically sent separately via email or a direct link. If you don’t see the gallery in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder.

First, check your spam and promotions folders. If you still can’t find it, reach out to us with the email address you used when booking and we’ll resend the link right away.

There’s no fixed limit. The final count depends on the flow and length of your event, but we aim to capture as many meaningful moments as possible. All usable images are edited and delivered.

After receiving your gallery, use the selection tool to flag the images you’d like retouched. Please note: “favoriting” a photo is not the same as selecting it — only flagged selections are visible to our editing team.

There’s no hard deadline, but we recommend making your selections as soon as you can so we can get started on your final edits. Take the time you need — just know that final delivery begins after we receive your picks.

All of our services include professional editing. For photography, that means color correction, cropping, and retouching. For videography, it includes full editing, color grading, and licensed background music.

Rescheduling is free when requested at least 14 days before the event. Changes made within 14 days of the event require a new deposit to reserve the updated date.

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event are eligible for a refund. Cancellations within 14 days may not qualify due to prior preparations.

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your location or start time. The earlier we’re informed, the easier it is to adjust. Just reach out and we’ll handle it.

We respect your privacy. Your photos and videos will never be shared publicly without your explicit permission.

Yes. Once your final edited images are delivered, you’ll have the option to order high-quality prints, keepsakes, and custom photo albums directly through your online gallery.
