How do I book your services?

You can book directly through our booking site — tap Book Now, choose your service, date and time, and follow the prompts to secure it. If you'd like to talk first, we're happy to schedule a quick call.

Is there a minimum number of hours required?

No — there are no hourly minimums for any of our services. Book as little or as much coverage as you need.

Can I book a half-hour or custom time slot?

Our booking system works in set increments, but we can adjust start times and durations on our end. If the slot you need isn't showing online, just reach out and we'll sort it out.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due the day before the event — or you can pay in full at booking. All major credit cards are accepted through our booking site.

Do you accept CashApp, Zelle, or Venmo?

Yes — but payments made through CashApp, Zelle or Venmo must be paid in full upfront to secure the booking.

Are bookings first-come, first-served?

Yes. Reservations are confirmed first-come, first-served, and we can only hold a slot once a deposit is received.

Can I schedule a consultation before booking?

Absolutely — we're happy to hop on a quick call to answer questions and walk you through the process before you finalize anything.

Do you offer both photography and videography?

Yes — event photography, videography, live streaming and more. One team can cover both photo and video under a single point of contact.

Do you do headshots, portraits, or graduation photos?

Yes — headshots, graduation shoots, engagement sessions, family portraits and other individual or small-group shoots all fall under our photoshoot services. Rates are on the pricing page.

Do you do real estate or Airbnb photography?

Yes — residential interiors, Airbnb listings and commercial spaces. Rates and details are on the pricing page.

Do you work with brands or businesses?

Yes — product shoots, brand launches, promotional videos, food photography and corporate events. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll tailor our approach.

Do you offer drone coverage?

We do. Drone is available as an add-on — great for wide shots, large gatherings and scenic venues — subject to weather and local regulations.

Do you offer live streaming?

Yes — professional multi-camera live streaming with clear wireless audio, backup internet, and broadcast to YouTube, Facebook, Zoom or a private link. A full recording is delivered afterward.

Can you shoot podcasts, music videos, or commercials?

Yes — podcasts, music videos, commercials and short-form content all fall under our production services. Send your project details and we'll build the right setup.

Pricing & travel

How much do your services cost?

All rates and what's included are on our pricing page. Every service is all-inclusive — setup, breakdown and travel within 50 miles are always included at no extra charge.

Is there a travel fee?

Travel within 50 miles of our Bronx base (10455) is included. Beyond that, a travel fee applies based on distance — you can estimate yours in seconds on our pricing page by entering your ZIP.

Do you offer discounts?

Because of our already-competitive pricing and the quality we deliver, we're unable to offer discounts — but we're confident you'll be very happy with the final product.

On the Day

When will your team arrive?

We arrive before your scheduled start to set up and make sure everything's ready. Setup time is included — no extra time or cost to factor in.

How many photographers will be at my event?

Typically one photographer or videographer per booking. For a large guest list or multiple simultaneous activities, a second can be added — details on the pricing page.

Do I need a second photographer?

For most events up to 150 guests, one covers everything well. For larger events, multiple rooms, or ceremonies where you want every angle, a second is a great addition.

What will your team wear?

Clean, professional, neutral clothing to blend in. If your event has a dress code or color theme, let us know in advance and we'll accommodate.

Can you shoot at night or in low light?

Yes — we're experienced with low-light and nighttime work and use professional lighting to deliver quality results in any conditions.

Can I split coverage across multiple locations?

Yes — as long as it fits within your booked time. Keep in mind travel time between locations affects how much shooting time is left.

Do you have a studio?

We don't work from a fixed studio — you choose the setting (a park, an outdoor spot, your own space or a rented venue) and we meet you there.

What happens if it rains?

For outdoor shoots we always recommend a backup plan. We'll work with you to reschedule or adjust, and your deposit carries over to the new date, subject to availability.

My venue requires insurance — can you provide a certificate?

Yes — we're happy to provide insurance certificates, processed once your booking is confirmed.

Editing, RAW & Music

Editing, RAW & music

What's included in the editing?

Every service includes professional editing. For photography that's color correction, cropping and retouching; for video it's full editing, color grading and licensed background music.

What's the difference between basic and retouched edits?

Basic edits cover color correction, cropping and clean, natural adjustments. Retouched edits go further — skin smoothing, blemish removal and facial refinements for a polished finish.

Can I receive the RAW photo files?

For photography, RAW photos are included at no extra charge. For videography, the RAW recorded clips can be added for an additional fee — see the pricing page.

Can I choose the music used in my video?

Yes — request a mood, genre or style and we'll match it with royalty-free options. Prefer to leave it to us? Our editors will choose something that fits the feel of your event.

Can I request changes after delivery?

Yes — minor edits are included, and we'll flag in advance if a request needs an additional fee. Re-edits requested more than 90 days after delivery are treated as a new editing project.

When will I receive my photos and videos?

For events, standard delivery is 14 business days. For photoshoots (portraits, headshots, graduation), soft proofs land in 24–72 hours, with finals ready within 14 business days after you make your selections. Expedited options are available.

Can I get my photos sooner?

Yes — we offer expedited delivery if you need a faster turnaround. Details and pricing are on the pricing page; just let us know when booking or after your event.

How will I receive everything?

Edited photos arrive as an online gallery link by email; videos are sent separately by email or link. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

How many photos will I receive?

There's no fixed limit — the count depends on the flow and length of your event. All usable images are edited and delivered.

How do I select photos for retouching?

Use the selection tool in your gallery to flag the images you want retouched. Note: "favoriting" a photo isn't the same as selecting it — only flagged selections reach our editing team.

Changes & Privacy

Changes & privacy

What's your rescheduling policy?

Rescheduling is free when requested at least 14 days before the event. Changes within 14 days require a new deposit to reserve the updated date.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations 14 or more days before the event are eligible for a refund. Within 14 days, cancellations may not qualify due to prior preparations.

Can I change the location or time after booking?

We'll do our best to accommodate — the earlier we know, the easier it is to adjust. Just reach out.

Will my photos be posted online?

We respect your privacy — your photos and videos are never shared publicly without your explicit permission.

Can I order prints or a photo album?

Yes — once your final images are delivered, you can order high-quality prints, keepsakes and custom albums right from your online gallery.
