Do you cover all of Manhattan?
Yes — the whole island, from the Financial District and SoHo up through Midtown to the Upper East Side and Harlem.
Is there a travel fee for Manhattan?
No — Manhattan is inside our free travel zone (under 50 miles from our base), so there's no travel fee. Your quote is the rate plus any add-ons you choose, nothing more.
Can you shoot at parks and venues in Manhattan?
Yes — we shoot at parks and venues across Manhattan regularly. Any park or venue permit is arranged by you directly with the site, and we'll work around whatever it allows.
Do you do both photo and video?
Yes — one team covers both, so you get stills and a film of the day with a single point of contact.
How fast do we get our photos?
Standard delivery is 14 business days and is included; 5-day and 24–72-hour rush options are available.
