These terms cover your use of atepamedia.com, our client delivery page and our text messages. Atepa Media, LLC (doing business as Atèpá Media) ("Atèpá Media," "we," "us") provides event photography and videography. The services you book are governed by the agreement you accept at booking; if that agreement and these terms conflict, the booking agreement wins.
1. Using our website
Use the site for lawful purposes only. Prices and availability on the site are informational; your booking confirmation states what you booked.
2. Your client page
We give each client a private page for their photos and video. Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your phone or booking email. Keep codes to yourself; anyone you share a guest link with can view what that link shows. Files stay available for the period stated in your booking agreement (currently 90 days after delivery) — download what you want to keep.
3. Text messages (SMS terms)
- Program: Atèpá Media client messages — replies to your inquiries, booking confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, delivery notices, one-time sign-in codes, and, if you opt in, occasional offers.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel; you'll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact atepamedia@gmail.com / (929) 992-8372.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
4. Photos, video and portfolio
Ownership and usage rights are set by your booking agreement. Content on this site belongs to Atèpá Media or its clients and may not be copied without permission.
5. No warranty; limits
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the site.
6. Governing law
New York law; courts in Bronx County, New York.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do.
